Yes. All our clinicians offer a free 15-minute call for us to briefly discuss your needs, confirm whether their service is suitable, and decide on next steps.
This is not a medical consultation, and we won’t be able to provide a diagnosis or treatment plan on the call.

We are here to support you through every step. You are welcome to complete our contact form or to call us directly. We will then provide you with a referral form and arrange a time to discuss your needs in more detail.

We can offer both online and in person appointments at our clinic in Tunbridge Wells.
For psychological therapies, online sessions will only be offered when it is felt that this is appropriate for the person accessing therapy.
