Yes, all of our clinicians offer a 15 minute discovery phone call.

We are here to support you through every step. You are welcome to complete our contact form or to call us directly. We will then provide you with a referral form and arrange a time to discuss your needs in more detail.

We can offer both online and in person appointments at our clinic in Tunbridge Wells.
For psychological therapies, online sessions will only be offered when it is felt that this is appropriate for the person accessing therapy.

No — we do not prescribe medication as part of any of our services.

We work with you, and with other clinicians, to ensure you are receiving the most appropriate support. If you need to be referred to another service we will be able to help with that process.
