About us

Our integrated approach brings together psychological therapies and functional medicine to better understand both the emotional and physical factors that may be affecting day-to-day wellbeing.

We support children, teenagers, adults and families experiencing anxiety, autism, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, school-based anxiety, low mood, chronic stress, burnout, friendship difficulties, family challenges and ongoing physical health concerns.

  • "It felt like a lot was riding on our first appointment. Dr Liz did such a sterling job of listening, clarifying, reassuring and moving us forward with suggestions and a plan - which is now unfolding, with a helpful level of guidance and motivation. Dr Liz brings that often-mentioned yet rarely-found ideal blend of friendly and professional!"
